Wanna Be Healthier? All You Need is Juice.

Last week I completed a five-day fast, which is something that I do at least twice a year. Now, the word fast can mean different things to different people. For some, fasting is not eating anything at all for a short period of time. Other times, fasting could be consuming only one type of food or liquid. This is the type of fast I prefer; I usually do a juice fast, which means I drink only fresh juice for a certain period of time. I don’t fast nearly as much as I used to, but so far I’ve gone for as long as 11 days, though I usually only do five-day fasts now.
